The House Judiciary Committee has filed Standing Committee Report No. 627 on HB 539, the controversial bill regarding corporate campaign contributions.

Unfortunately, the committee report is silent on the reasons for moving the bill forward with such grossly unpalatable amendments.

Sorry, but for some reason commenting on the Larry G.-bit is not possible (technically). In any case, besides expressing disappointment, I found your ‘analysis’ to be nothing but reactionary, replete with your own name-calling. Some particulars would benefit the critique. Having read Larry’s concerns, they seem entirely valid regarding these lobbying efforts. Surely, your disappointment merits some substance, no?
