Friday night’s curry

[text]We decided to eat out of the freezer on Friday, so my job was to rummage through whatever was in there and come up with a plan.

Luckily, I found a tray of lamb bones for stew that we bought on the cheap at Tamara’s in Hauula some months back. Time to use them up. Lamb curry!

I didn’t grab a camera until the very end of the process, but have tried to recreate the recipe.
