The sun doesn’t appear at this time of year until after 6:40 a.m., which means that it’s still pretty dark when we make our way down along Kamehameha Highway to get to the beach.
This was the view this morning some 15 minutes or more before sunrise.
It was cloudy and threatening, but rained only very briefly during the hour or so we were out.
