Prices for all Norfolk trees up to 8 feet tall are the same as last year: 6-foot Norfolks are still only $40! Our locally made Christmas wreaths also are the same price as last year: $25.

Visitors at Helemano Farms choose from thousands of Norfolk Christmas trees, which range from 5 to 20 feet tall. Our employees cut, wrap and load trees free of charge. And our Norfolks grow back after we cut them down! Unfortunately, potted Norfolk Pines are not available at the farm and we do not ship trees off Oahu. Helemano Farms has planted many more of our popular Leyland Cypress trees, which sold out in 2008. Our new Leylands should be ready by Christmas 2010!!!

thanks for the reminder about locally grown trees and wreaths. i think i’ll get a norfolk wreath this year. i wish i could get a tree too but our apartment is small and our cat is very curious and adventurous… to put it nicely.
I had an idea for a science fiction horror movie some time ago…. It is the Christmas season, a spaceship from another planet clearly made by beings of superior intelligence arrives. Setting down near a parking lot filled with Christmas trees for sale. The ship’s door opens and out walks the superior beings who look exactly like Christmas trees and they are not happy at seeing their chopped down and dead brothers and sisters. Isn’t growing, cutting and throwing away trees simply a waste of resources, like mowing lawns with gas powered lawnmowers. Don’t hector me on this it just seems like a complete waste of time and resources for something truly ephemeral.
i wish they opened earlier than noon…
