We had a few lemons left over in the refrigerator. Then I bought another 3 pound bag. And a few days ago my mother gave me several more for good measure, including a couple of her home grown giant Meyer lemons.
So we’re swimming in lemons.
What do you do when life delivers an excess of lemons?
I decided the answer was lemon pudding cake.
