Ian, thank you for giving us, a few days ago, the link to the time-lapse videos from cameras on the summit of Mauna Kea:

I especially recommend to your readers the movies compressing an entire 24-hour day into a one-minute movie.
To access those movies, click on one of the photos. You will then find a link entitled “View time-lapse movies from this camera”. If you click on that link you will find links for one-minute time-lapse videos for each day of the past week or so. If you click on one of those links, a Quicktime movie will be downloaded to your computer.
I recommend that you try “CFHT-C3
(Aimed NNE)” for December 2, (the night of the full moon).
