As we walked past, Meda immediately called it “event planning, island style.”

A few people had arrived with the first round of supplies for their Sunday party at the beach. They laid out the poles that will hold up a tent, carefully laid out where they will be used, dropped off a couple of cases of bottled water, then left to pick up the next load. What was left behind was this still life for those “in the know.”
