It was clear, calm, and cool in Kaaawa this morning. Virtually no wind. A thick layer of haze along the horizon obscured the sun when it first crossed the horizon. The sun doesn’t make its appearance these days until about 7 a.m., which means that most of our daily walk down along the beach takes place in twilight.
In any case, here’s a bit of calm to start off the rest of your day.

[Photos with a Canon EOS M Camera with 18-55 mm equivalent kit lens. This is considered one of Canon’s recent flops, a small mirrorless camera with a relatively large APS-C sensor. It is slow to focus and wasn’t well received, but I bought one at a great price, it can use a variety of Canon lenses, and is capable of some good images.]
