We’re on our way back to Hawaii after several days in Walla Walla, Washington.
The occasion: A reunion of several graduating classes here at Whitman College, including our own.
It’s a pretty amazing campus, which now looks like a movie set of a small college campus.
We had gotten together with several old friends to rent a house just off campus. It has turned out to be very well designed for this kind of group enterprise. Separate bedrooms for four couples, with lots of common area, including a huge kitchen.
A very interesting time. Lots of old friends and warm memories.
But we’re ready to head for home.

OK….sounds like fun to me. As time goes by, having several classes do a reunion together makes sense. I went to one of mine that included five years….two before and two after.
