Poor Duke. If it’s not one thing, it’s another.

He earned a vet visit this week when I noticed tar-like brown goo in his ears. It wasn’t pretty.

Turns out he had some kind of infection down there. No mites to be found, though. So he was sent home with antibiotic drops in the ears, twice a day. He doesn’t like it, but doesn’t seem to hate it either. In some ways, it seems to feel good.

Romeo’s been slow. For that matter, so has Ms. Annie. But we’ll catch up with them next week.
