Sunrise in Honolulu today (and for most of this week) is at 7:11 a.m., at least according to the sunrise/sunset table for Honolulu.
By Friday, the sun starts its movement back towards spring and summer, with a one-minute jump to 7:10.
I get fewer dog photos at this time of year because it’s just too dark during most of our walk. But the sunrise photos make up for it, I think. And over the course of the year, it all works out.
This was taken from Waialae Beach Park. That’s the Kahala Hotel and Resort ahead, with Koko Crater, Koko Head, and the lights of Hawaii Kai in the distance.
