A Slow Sunday

We were up early again today, but there was no repeat of yesterday morning’s colors. Today it looked like it was ready to rain, but never did, at least while we were walking.

I just got an ebook via our state library system and LIBBY that has Robert Parker’s first four western novels, and I’m already well into the first–Appaloosa. There goes my Sunday!

In the meantime, here’s the view from this morning.

Hopefully I’ll be back later with something more substantive.

How is LIBBY compared to the state library’s other alternatives for reading ebooks (Kindle Reader, etc.)?

I also download audiobooks from the state library system and like to keep one going while I am doing the dishes.

Speaking of Western novels, I really enjoyed News of the World by Paulette Jiles, which was on some best book of the year lists in 2016.
