We’ve definitely got a soft spot for the dogs we see most mornings as we walk on the beach in Kahala at dawn.

So I’m making space for some dogs, even though this is my normal Feline Friday.

So here we go, a few more morning dogs.

Maile, closest to the camera, is new to our universe of morning dogs. I think we’ve seen her before, but this was our first interaction.

Buddy, on the other hand, is a regular, although in this photo he’s in the background.

And then there’s this fine trio. Left to right, Hao, Pumpkin, and Kombu. The latter is staying with her former family while her current person is traveling. It was fun to see them all together again.

As you can see, they were totally focused on Meda’s bag of treats. I would like to think they love us as much as the treats. But I wouldn’t want to put that to the test.
