Olivia, the tropical depression formerly known as Hurricane Olivia, has made its way past the islands after dumping a lot of rain on Maui.
It mostly missed Oahu, but the storm apparently drags a lot of clouds and moisture along behind it, creating a new round of potential problems.
We’ve had more rain this morning than over the several days as the storm approached and then passed to the south.
Here’s a photo from this morning. We were fine, but you can see heavy rain dumping down to the south of us, probably at sea off of Diamond Head.
A flash flood warning for the island has been extended at least until noon.
