The fact that this is the first Feline Friday of the new year doesn’t seem to have generated any excitement in our feline household. For them, it has just meant a continuous cat nap interrupted now and then in order to eat, drink, or pay a visit to a litter box for some private business.

On a serious note, Annie has her second followup visit with our vet after having a cancerous growth removed from her chin. On the positive side, there doesn’t appear to be a recurrence in that spot. On the down side, her appetite has been depressed most of the week, and I don’t know what that might mean. We just have to take it a step at a time and see where this is heading.
