At the end of last week, Annie was back at the vet for a chin recheck following the earlier removal of a cancerous growth. She’s feeling better, but now has kitty acne that we have to start working on. I haven’t been to Longs for acne cleanser in many decades, but that’s where we found ourselves several days ago, trying to choose a cat-appropriate product. Hopefully it’s going to work, and she’ll be more comfortable going forward.

This week, meanwhile, has been about being sick, which made the time pass much slower. This cold is a killer. But the cats loved the company. Normally they’re the ones sleeping all day. Now they could just join me back in bed for half the day, before they moved to the floor in the living room where they could bask in the afternoon sun for a couple of hours.
