“[T]he work speaks for itself,” said Special Counsel Robert Mueller of his office’s report on election interference and potential obstruction of justice. On June 24, the organization Law Works agreed, producing a work of documentary theater drawn from the actual text from the Mueller report. The play was written and compiled by Robert Schenkkan—known for his Pulitzer Prize-winning play “The Kentucky Circle” and his Tony Award-winning “All the Way.” It featured a star-studded cast including John Lithgow and Joel Grey, as well as Annette Benning, Kevin Kline and Justin Long. Over the course of an hour and fifteen minutes, the actors dramatized each of the 10 episodes that relate to obstruction of justice concerns, which Mueller described in Volume 2 of his report.

Trump’s base will not care one bit. He’s a classic oligarch. If Trump shot someone, they would see it as self-defense. If he was found guilty of sex assault, they would whine about conspiracy, corrupt judges and left wing nazi feminism. It is literally like trying to convince an evangelical that there is no god and that millions of humans on this planet die every year from starvation and murder, regardless of their religious beliefs and prayers. Long story short: America is loaded with idiots, both rich and poor. There seems to be an utter failure to recognize that problem and deal with it. People are trying to argue against a warlike Terminator mentality that defines the hard right wing. You can’t reason with it. You can’t bargain with it. All you can do is continue to focus on education for future generations. And never let yourself get isolated or feel hopeless. MLK helped black people rise up against impossible odds. There are millions of people who share your exact concerns about Trump; all you have to do is unite with them, and not get divided. Which is exactly what is happening with some Democrats who are battling Nancy Pelosi. Read this for more background:

Pelosi once was seen as uber-liberal or brilliant. And now she’s too “moderate” for some “progressives”. If the hard-left wanted to shoot themselves in the foot, they are doing an outstanding job. What’s their response to that? That they are better than Trump and all Republicans are evil and all they have to do is shout and fight, regardless of what they achiece.
America is dividing itself; it’s not getting divided. People are choosing to divide themselves and start fights, as opposed to ending them. Politics is turning into war again, and that’s the problem. Same thing happened in the 1960s; look where it got us. The Gulf Wars have been seen as an attempt by Americans to deal with the fact that they lost a major football game called “Vietnam”. Americans have lots of rotten habits, but here are two of the worst: Looking down on other people, and never learning from the past. Trump is a horrible president and a horrible symptom, but he is not the disease. We always have been a warlike species; history proves this. So, yes, we could have a President even worse than Trump. How can I say such a thing? Latin immigrants and children are living in holocaust conditions in Texas. And some Americans blow them off, as if they are insects and locusts, not people with hearts and souls. It’s easier to brush off reality than face it and feel incredible pain through something called: empathy.
Mueller was nothing more than (D) Judas. Your desperate hopes and prayers dashed. Now a pitiful play to entertain ledftists.
Correction to Tim’s diatribe, the Latin’s Illegal migrants or asylum seekers were supposedly fleeing Holocaust in their Home country’s, empty handed, never had a toothbrush’s. But we’re being used for cover by smugglers importing drugs and human traffickers for cover in mass invasion. If 1 million people showed up in Hawaii what would Ige do with them? Call Red Cross to ration out Bounty paper towels like in Leilani, Puna after the lava flow, followed by disposition at Kalaupapa!
Nope, asylum seekers are impoverished people fleeing violent crime and war, and America has locked many of them in cages in holocaust conditions in Texas, where they live in pain and torture and separation from family. It’s spelled out right here:

‘Hungry, Scared and Sick: Inside the Migrant Detention Center in Clint, Tex.’
CLINT, Tex. — Since the Border Patrol opened its station in Clint, Tex., in 2013, it was a fixture in this West Texas farm town. Separated from the surrounding cotton fields and cattle pastures by a razor-wire fence, the station stood on the town’s main road, near a feed store, the Good News Apostolic Church and La Indita Tortillería. Most people around Clint had little idea of what went on inside. Agents came and went in pickup trucks; buses pulled into the gates with the occasional load of children apprehended at the border, four miles south.
But inside the secretive site that is now on the front lines of the southwest border crisis, the men and women who work there were grappling with the stuff of nightmares.
Outbreaks of scabies, shingles and chickenpox were spreading among the hundreds of children who were being held in cramped cells, agents said. The stench of the children’s dirty clothing was so strong it spread to the agents’ own clothing — people in town would scrunch their noses when they left work. The children cried constantly. One girl seemed likely enough to try to kill herself that the agents made her sleep on a cot in front of them, so they could watch her as they were processing new arrivals.
“It gets to a point where you start to become a robot,” said a veteran Border Patrol agent who has worked at the Clint station since it was built. He described following orders to take beds away from children to make more space in holding cells, part of a daily routine that he said had become “heartbreaking.”
The little-known Border Patrol facility at Clint has suddenly become the public face of the chaos on America’s southern border, after immigration lawyers began reporting on the children they saw — some of them as young as 5 months old — and the filthy, overcrowded conditions in which they were being held.

“I can’t tell you the number of times I would talk to agents and they would get teary-eyed,” said one agent, a veteran of 13 years with Border Patrol who worked at Clint.
Mary E. González, a Democratic state lawmaker who toured the Clint station last week, said that Border Patrol agents told her they had repeatedly warned their superiors about the overcrowded facility, but that federal officials had taken no action.
“They said, ‘We were ringing the alarms, we were ringing the alarms, and nobody was listening to us’ — agents told me that,” Ms. González said. “I genuinely believe that the higher-ups made the Clint situation happen.”

Lei, I’d ask you to put yourself in the situation of a tortured person who is locked up in one of these disgusting putrid cells, but you won’t. Watched this when it came out, was very thought provoking. Unfortunately, it didn’t get much attention in the media. Thanks for bring it up again maybe it will remind people pay attention and watch it.
Palestinian, Syrian, Yemen, etc children are living in holocaust like conditions because both parties complacency, and the immoral support of Israel & Saudi Arabia. Pelosi should be calling for Impeachment of Trump. It’s her duty.
Instead of asking lei about people allegedly locked in putrid cells, start with asking the previous three Presidents and quit the fictitious delusion that this all only happened yesterday. Especially Obama. Incredible.
Most of these children have never experienced a tooth brush…hope they know what end it’s for!
