Downtown Honolulu has changed a lot since 1967, and not necessarily for the better.

Hmm… that’s an interesting view. I’m trying to remember what some of those structures were and to imagine what the same view would look like now. Makes me want to go to Aloha Tower and try to duplicate this view to see just how much it has changed. 🙂

  I did a quite run to Google Earth, and got a similar view, at least similar enough to identify some of the landmarks that were absent in 1967.
