If you’re suffering a wee bit of canine deficit, then Ms. Pepper is your answer! She’s one of our morning favorites, and by far our favorite cairn terrier, and is always extremely excited to run into us because she knows I’ve got a cookie for her. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be?
