We brought Kali home from high on Aiea Heights back on September 24, 2020. The year of the covid lockdown, and just a couple of months after Meda’s retirement. Right now, that seems like quite a long time ago. It also seems like it went zipping by all too fast.

These photos were taken within a couple of weeks of her arrival. It did take her a bit of time to get comfortable to being an inside cat, to get accustomed to us, and to feel comfortable roaming through the house. And we were lucky that our old boy, Romeo, accepted her without any fuss.
