This report of a lost bird comes from a neighbor along Lihimauna Road:

I’m sending this email to you folks in case you may have heard or seen our beloved bird. My son Kyle is so heartbroken and prays every night for Sammys return. Especially telling me it would be an even better Christmas if his bird comes home.

Sammy is a 7 months old, handraised so he is not afraid of humans, he flew out of my home 12/8/09. He whistles the Marine or Army song or the Andy Griffin theme song (I think), but defiently the “Cialis Commericial song” sorry, he watches TV. He has a bald spot on his head, and will come to you and beg if your eating. He could have flown to the neighboring communities, Punaluu, Kualoa.
