Meda’s sharp eyes spotted this glass fishing float washed up on the beach Sunday morning. This is a “rolling pin” shape, just 5 inches long.
Just the day before, a friend found a small round float just seconds before we arrived at the same section of beach. So this little rolling pin was a treat!

We saw a big one this weekend along a remote coastline that was still in the water.
Unfortunately it was in water that was so rough that it wasn’t safe to try to retrieve it. Tempting, tho.
