I tried to visit the State Ethics Commission website a few minutes ago. It’s 9:15 a.m.
All I got was an eventual error message.
The server for Hawaii.gov, the state’s main web portal, is apparently DOWN.
What does this say about the state of our infrastructure?

Poor notice, but that’s pretty much it. I think everyone is OK.
