I mean no, not Fasi, but, yes, I can figure out whose signature it is. There must be very many people named “K. Lee,” but I can only think of one.
Then again, it also looks a little like a Klee signature. But not much.
Since you just referenced a memo from Kalani English, would it be his signature?

Knowing other signatures, have you seen Mayor Caldwell’s? I would think that some of these guys, now that they are in public, would be a little more
“attentive” to how their signatures are. After all, it is a mark and, as with any mark, is a marketable item.
