Federal Judge Derrick Watson, who is presiding over the Miske case, issued an order late yesterday updating certain deadlines.
Even not knowing precisely what is involved in each of the different filings, it’s clear that none of the lawyers will be taking much, if any, time off for Christmas and New Year’s.

Wow! Mahalo fo the update Ian – very complex for all concerned… I know they have a long way to go, but I hope they throw the book and then some, at Miske and his co-criminal thugs. Most of all, I really pray for justice for the kidnapping and murder of Jonathan Fraser.
Hope you and Meda are feeling better.
Ian. Any connection between the Caspino cases?
Caspino the chicken fight guy and Caspino the Mililani shooter?
Seems chicken fight guy said to feds that he knows the identity of the CI.
Then, a druggie is shot in Mililani by another Caspino. Related? Was the Mililani victim the CI for the chicken fight case?
Just following this case with you Ian, is a full time job. Those attorneys do have their work cut out for them.
Thank you for the new details.
